What does it say on your award notice for last year? There's a bit at the back that tells you what your award will be from April 2013

I rang them this morning - has gone in today rather than tuesday for some reason. She had no idea why.

Has reduced from 500 to 200 though

I'm so glad it's not just me!
Last week WTC didn't get payed. I called to find out what was going on, they had no idea and said someone would call me back. I received no phone call and today the same thing had happened (no WTC) so I just spent 40 minutes on hold to them (got cut off twice) to find out that because of the budget change, we no longer qualify for WTCr.
It is totally out of the blue, didn't get any letter. I stupidly assumed that it wouldn't change until we'd renewed our claim. We are screwed, £240 a month gone.
So the same thing may have happened to you Fidgety
