Anyone want to sort my life out please???

This is about the best place I can come to try to sort everything out. I am hoping some of you can point me in the right direction.
Basically I have big money problems, I am £3000 in debt to credit cards which I no longer use and am overdrawn in 3 accounts. I have more money going out than coming in and atm cannot see a way out.
On top of that I supposedly owe £330 to legal aid but its because they messed up not me and now my solicitor cannot work for me anymore unless I pay her £200 per hour.

I suppose the legal aid situation is the most important to me so that my solicitor can work for me again but I just don't know what to do.

Anybody used CAB for money situations before and if so what can they do for me???

If anyone has any ideas can you let me know because I am really down about this now cos I just seem to be getting into a bigger hole. TIA

Write down:
all your outgoings over a week, a month
all the money you have coming in
Then EVERYTHING you spend over the next month
It might be a shock but it'll help you see where you are.
Then prioritise your spending and start cutting back on non-essentials.
No advice for dealing with bank or about legal aid, sorry.

You need to get i touch with CAB, or the Consumer credit counselling service ( Ican't do links, but type it into Google and you'll get it) They are both free advice. They will advise you what to do next. Good Luck

Motley fool website is brilliant. get on their 'dealing with debt' board - loads of great people who will help you sort your debts out.

CAB's are used to sorting out debt problems. If you can't do it alone, do go there. They should also be able to advise on the legal issue.

Money Saving Expert

Theres loads of advice on here. Like Saltire said CAB and CCCS are very good and one that the money saving guy recommends.
