Buy to let mortgage

I've got a property I'm renting out to cover the mortgage. Mortgage is a repayment one meant for a homebuyer but I have permission to rent it. This comes to an end of fixed period in march and I need to get a buy to let mortgage as selling is not an option. Any recommendations for companies and what is the highest percentage of value of the property can I get a mortgage for? Its currently worth about 160k and mortgage is 112k approx

Barclays (Woolwich) will do up to 70% of value. My experience with them was a bit mixed - some good bits of service and some crap bits, but in the end I think it was quite a good deal - think we pay about 4%. There are some good comparison websites to give you a flavour (can't remember any off the top of my head though!) but maybe go and see a couple of independant financial advisors. I would do this asap though as there is a lot of info to consider, and it can take a while to get set up as you kind of get an offer from the mortgage advisor, but then it has to go in a queue to be assessed by the underwriting team. Hope this helps.
