speeding ticket in my name but dh was driving

So I sent back the form, but it's been over a month now and no new form has been issued in DH's name, does anyone know who I contact to sort it out?

Would it be the county council??

I would just leave it tbh. They will eventually catch up with him.

I'm quite happy to leave it I've got enough on my plate without chasing this up!
