Conversion of car from petrol to LPG?

Has anyone recently converted a car to LPG? Has it/or is it saving you money?

Any thoughts welcome.

My fil did just this a couple of years ago. Unfortunately shortly after he did it the price of LPG went up and so he lost his saving.
