I have a 18 carat gold, diamond and emerald ring. I no longer wear it as one of the Emeralds has fallen out so would like to sell it and buy a piece of jewelry I would actually use.
I took it into a local jewelers yesterday but they would only take the scrap gold into consideration and not the stones which are of a high quality and tbh I don't even think they offered me the going rate for 18 carat. Does anyone know of a website where I can find out the going rate for 18 carat per ounce and also of any jewelers who will take the stones into consideration. I am in Nottingham.
