Hi there, I had been receiving maintenance through the csa, but the NRP and I came to a private arrangement, so I closed the case. I have since received a letter from them saying liabilty for chid maintenance ended because ' you do not have the qualifying child living with you' what????? I phoned them up and they said that it says on their system it was closed because we had come to a private arrangement, and not to worry. I am worried though, incase its on a computer somewhere that my child doesnt live with me! I receive child benefit obviously, and working tax credits and stuff, so I'm worried they think I'm commiting fraud or something! Should I trust them that their records are in order? Thanks guys
