Need some advise

the Financial Ombudsman made a decision and the firm are not abiding by it - do i get a solicitor??

Katy I would check with Citizens Advice or call a solicitor that gives free first telephone conversation - good luck

I think I will contact the solicitor that put us on to the FO in the first place
