internet retailer gone into administration am i doomed?

will i ever get my money back? on their website i've to send details of any claim to their administration team...

panic over I have notified the credit card company i am making a Section 75 claim of the Consumer Credit Act 1974

this is different from the normal visa chargeback

might take a while but i should get my money back FX
