Freehold purchase--need solicitor's quote

Arabica and downstairs neighbours are looking for a NLondon based conveyancing solicitor to handle our purchase of our freehold. Anyone care to quote me for the job/recommend a firm? Neighbours have been given a figure of £250 plus disbursements and VAT and I said I would also find a quote.

I think it's a bit on the cheap side, too (have extremely old law degree and ancient conveyancing experience)
