Will there be a vast difference in how the application is handled than if we apply in April?
I don't live in London and I have looked at the 30th percentile predictions for where we live. From that it appears that most people renting a 2 bedroom house (which is what we would need) will be about £10 a week worse off. As far as I'm aware that's in line with national average.
