Is counciltax still paid over 10 months?

well that's it really. Last time I was in the country is was. So you has 2 months off iykwim. Is this still the case?

You can pay it over 10 months or 12 months where I am.

Just to add I worked in Council Tax and if you requested to pay it over 12 months we made you fill in an income and expenditure form to show why you couldn't do it over 10 Shock

It is legislation that dictates the 10 months thing, so if you pay weekly or in 12 monthly instalments you are meant to get a letter saying this deviates from the legislation but you are subject to the same terms and conditions covering failure to pay.

I always use my "free months" to pay towards my car service Grin
