wow really?! That will get you to a UK person? It does my head in trying to understand the overseas call centre people. ANd it doesn't matter how many times I ask them to speak slower they just don't!

Don't supose anyone has a number for a BT call centre (preferably one that won't transfer you from one department to the next without understanding what you are trying to tell them).

Hmm, that barclays number needs you to register first to be able to even use it.
And I found that out while searching to see if it had a non 0845 number to go with it.

I can understand that it's cheaper for the companies to have call centres abroad, but it really does my head in too,there's no point in ringing half the time as they don't understand what you're going on about, and vice versa.
