Maintenance Payments - ex not paying what he should - advice please!!!

I've just found out that my ex, who is self-employed, hasn't been paying what he should for the last 2 years. He has hidden his finances from me but had to declare them to the court for divorce.

I've worked out he's underpaid by nearly £6K -money me and my girls desperately need.

I'm writing him a letter, but don't expect him to pay - anyone been to court to sue for back payment?

I'm also going to have to use CSA because of how he hides everything from me - any experience with how they are with self employed people - good or bad?

Any advice gratefully received....

If a court order is in place, you can enforce it through the court.

If not, you need to make an application to the CSA which will only be backdated to the date of your application.
