So for those of you who don't already know, our tax credits were cut in June. To this day, we've never received any written correspondence as to why, but a welfare adviser managed to find out that they supposedly 'overpaid' us - b/c they never made changes we informed them about in writing via recorded delivery - and therefore our award for this fiscal year has already been paid out.
So I howled with laughter after getting a letter - an exact duplicate of one we received back in July and responded to via recorded delivery - saying that we have failed to them which of our personal circumstances was incorrect on our last annual review and that if they don't hear from us in 7 days, they'll stop our tax credits.
PMSL! Hello?! You stupid fuckers ALREADY HAVE! We've posted you EIGHT recorded delivery letters detailing YOUR errors, using enumeration even.
Haahaa! If I had a spare £1 I might write back, keep your money and shove it up your arses!
