Can I pay off my Argos card with my Credit card?

I don't think you can use a credit card to pay a credit card bill, if that's what you're asking. Some take out a loan to pay off a card if the interest rate is cheaper. You might be able to do a balance transfer to a new card as a one-off.

You can withdraw cash from you CC (usually a fee for cash advances) and pay off your Argos card with it at a bank.

BTW if you use a CC to get cash you not only pay a fee but you also incur interest from Day 1... bad use of CC unless in a dire emergency

Taking out cash on a CC is the MOST expensive way to obtain money pretty much and should be avoided except in the direst need.
