Dh entered into a new phone contract last week at The Carphone Warehouse. He agreed to their phone insurance. The next day he had a phone call from a company called ACE to say that they had been passed his details from Carphone and that their policy supercedes CW policy so dh (rather stupidly) gave bank details and signed up (albeit on the phone). Now the Certificate has come through the other day and yesterday the stuff from CW's insurance came so dh rang them. They said it could be a scam. What should he do?
