I can't log in to Nationwide - anybody else?

I know I have all the correct details but it won't let me in - have tried with all 3 "memorable data" answers but no good.

It keeps saying the answers are wrong, but OTOH it isn't locking the account to block me. Website says all working normally. I've tried ringing but Mon morning is never a good time to get through & I gave up after 6 minutes!

Still can't get in, & this time when I tried ringing I got "we are experiencing a high volume of calls" which I didn't before so I think there is something up - maybe it went wrong after you got in earlier.

I'll try them again this afternoon.

I just remembered to ring them again Blush (did you know their helpline is 24 hours??? I am very impressed) and it seems it was a cookies issue.

Starting from scratch I got in fine Smile

(So it was just me Grin)
