How to claim my money back through quidco?

I registered with them, then went through their link to buy my car insurance in May. I think the link may have broken down but i'm not sure. I have not been told have to claim my refund so thinking maybe I lost it? If so is there anyway to get it back?

Have you tried logging into your quidco account? I'm sure it tells you your balance on there so if it worked the money should be recorded there.

i'll give it another go, i think i tried it before but did n ot show any money owed, probably missed out

if it didn't log then you should be able to raise an enquiry about it. They have always been helpful if I have had problems.
