Confused about 'frozen' tax credits

Tax credits have been frozen.

DH and I receive 190 GBP per month.

Does 'frozen' mean that if we are successful in conceiving DC3, we will stay at 190 GBP, or get a slightly higher amount?

Am aware that the New Baby Element has been scrapped. Just confused as to what 'frozen' actually means.

You will get more money, because you'll have 3 children not 2.

You know how Child Benefit goes up about 10p per week each year? It won't now. And neither will the full Tax Credit amount.
