Opened a store card acct, been charged twice

Can anyone offer any help or advice? I opened a Dorothy Perkins account and have been give 2 accounts . The number on the card doesn't match the one on the statement, but both show exactly the same outstanding balance. Any advice greatfully received.

Have you tried contacting them?

Yes, the customer service helpline (which I tried 5x is rubbish), I emailed them and they told me to phone customer services again....grrrrrr.

I think you need to get them on the phone tomorrow TBH. Hope you get it all sorted
