I loved it - not something I would pick up, but very apt.

I loved the mindfulness of it and also the part about having to let you to fully experiance something.

It was very moving, far too short and left me wanting more

that is the problem with all of his books (have the three so far publish over here). all too short, all leaving you wanting more......cunnin plan maybe.

I quite enjoyed this, and it's one I've been meaning to read for a long time. Though I found some of the wise words a bit trite.
