Well - My book is off on its journey tomorrow morning. Sorry for the delay.
I chose this book because it surprised me. I bought it as a stop gap one day and really enjoyed it. It is full of sunshine and warmth, beautiful imagery, smells and flavours. I am half Italian and it did remind me of the village my aunt lives in near Naples - the life has not changed much since then.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy it.
And on a cold winter day, it should give you a warm feeling.
