Discussion thread for group 2, book 2

This is my book. I found it incredibly hard to choose something but went with this - I read it many, many years ago and it stuck in my head.

I have read most of this author's novels but I don't think he is well known as a 'best seller' apart from one very famous book...

I liked the characters and the insight into two very different worlds. At its very simplest it's a love story but there are some interesting themes and hopefully some things to debate!

I have just started reading this- I’m stoked that it was sent to me as it’s probably not a novel I would have picked off the shelf but I am pleased to expand my reading palatte. Thank you!
