I chose this book because it's a fairy tale for adults. I enjoyed it, even though it's not my usual type of read, but I liked the strange slightly magical element to an off beat love story.

I really loved your book acsec. It's very much a genre which I enjoy reading and I thought it was beautifully written. I loved the magical elements being entwined with reality and also really liked the fact that a lot of things remained unexplained at the end. It felt like a book that you could really unleash your imagination on. Brilliant.

This is very much my type of book loved the fairytale style. I would have liked more depth and backstory on some of the characters but then I suppose that's a sign of a good book!

The ending seemed right and I agree that leaving some things unexplained sparked your imagination. I did feel perhaps too much was left unexplained throughout but that's just my feeling. I'd certainly be keen to read more by this author.

I was not sure what to make of this book as it's not one I would usual read. Very intriguing and was a lovely fairy tail.

Found I enjoyed this book although not sure it’s one I would have picked up off the shelf. I found Midas’ character quite endearing. There seemed to be a lot of different elements to the story which didn’t necessarily all come together but it was an enjoyable read and I liked the ending.
