I need to hear positive stories of those who are over 35 having a healthy pregnancy after miscarriage

I found out I had had a MMC 5 weeks back. I am 37 & this would have been my first child with my lovely DP.
I feel desperate to try again at some stage (not just yet though as don't feel strong enough), but keep reading about & hearing about people having multiple miscarriages after the age of 35, so feel maybe I should not try again as I am scared it will just keep happening.

Has anyone got any stories that might give me some hope here?

So sorry for your loss.
My sister is 39. Had 3(?) MCs last year (one MMC, 2 "early" ones).

She's now 24 weeks pregnant, and all looks to be fine.

Best of luck

hi nomorewine, sorry to hear of your loss, I had a MMC at 8 weeks when 36 then went on to have a beautiful baby just over a year later when 37, I am now TTC for a second child but have so far had two MCs - one at 5 weeks and one at 10 (am now 39), and am gearing up to try again - as others have said you need to take time until you feel stronger, then dust yourself off and try again, I wish you all the luck
