When will my positive test be negative???

Hi, I miscarried nearly 3 weeks ago and stopped bleeding soon after. I took a test today and it's still positive. I would like to try and conceive again but was wondering how long it will take the hormone to leave my body. I would be so grateful to hear of your experiences.
Thought I'd just add that my miscarriage was a complete one, this was confirmed by scan.

Something is going on I have zits, PMT and outrageous wind (which I always get before AF!)

How are you hairytriangle I think my period has started. Although it's so light I don't even need to use anything. I was expecting my first one to be really heavy. Although it's probably because I've been completely drained of blood! Hope everyone's ok!
