I MC'd more than 5 weeks ago but still no AF.

Hi i MC more than 5 weeks ago but still waiting for AF, how long does it normally take?
I MC naturally without any assistance at 6 weeks. Bled for a week.
We want to start trying again. I have done a pg test and it was BFN.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

I'm in the same boat. Almost 5 weeks and nothing although I did have pains last week so I thought it was on its way. Very frustrating! (Posting here to tempt fate)

I have had no pains. Ill just wait a couple more weeks then gothe doctors.

I agree. 5 weeks with no AF seems pretty normal. Mine came 9 weeks after ERPC and that wait worried the hell out of me. I was told it is normal and I will menstruate when body is ready. Don't worry just yet. If nothing by 8 weeks, then get checked out to make sure MC was complete.

I agree with the above posts. I mc'd 7weeks ago and bleed very lightly 2 weeks ago, but just when I thought I should be in my fertile period again I started bleeding again, so not really sure what is happening, are they AF or MC still? The doctors told me it would be at least 6 weeks til I did get AF back. Not advice I am afraid just what I am going through.

Just thought I'd post and see if any change for Tyson and Malokins? Just because I'm coming up to 5 weeks now, have slight period type pains but still no AF, just want to get it over with!

AF arrived on Friday so it was just over 5 weeks. I was very relived but concerned as I had all sorts of pains for almost 3 weeks. This has been happening since about August so I saw the doctor last week and he has referred me on. I am sure I am getting endo but he said it was unlikely as it would have shown on the scan I had in November, before I fell pregnant. My periods also seem to be getting lighter.
