a month after 2nd m/c and think im pregnant again?????

Hello everyone,
This is now my fourth pregnancy (1st daughter now 2yrs, 2nd & 3rd m/c) and now i think im pregnant again?
I had my 2nd miscarrige in dec and waited until i had my nxt period which happen on 16 of this month but i have just done a test and its come back positive (very very happy!!!!)
I know its not the last pregnancy as i have done a few tests inbetween and they have been neg!
Now im not sure if it was a period or not as it was different from normal but i though that was normal as it would be my first since i m/c.
I am now very worried as i have little spotting (brownish in colour) and dnt know whats going on!
Any help out there???????

Sorry forgot to say, im not really sure what to do next?? I dont know whether to wait a couple of weeks before i go to doctors to make sure everythings ok or what really as im going to know if i m/c again and i dnt think i can face going back to hospital again this early, i think id rather what a little while and then see what happens??
What would you do anyone?????

No i am not being referred as they said that they only do that once you have your 3rd m/c! Fingers crossed this is not going to end in m/c! That is the only thing on my mind at the moment!!
I think i am going to wait a couple weeks and then speak to GP as i have had quite bad experiences when going through my last m/c as the GP was extreamly Bad!!!! Could even read a pregnancy test, had to ask for another doctor!
I know i get to have a early scan about 6/7weeks because of my history but i have no idea of how far gone i am at the moment!!! So i though if i leave it a bit then at least sumthing will show on scan and everything ok hopefully

spotting can be implantation bleed? I agree with lunaticfringe - see a different GP, or just bypass the GP and phone up ask for a booking in appointment with the mw? that way you'll get referred for your early scan quickly. hope all goes well for you

Hi charlii I am going through something similar to you. I have had 3 m/c now my last one was Oct 09 which was a mmc. I had a d&c on the 3rd November and had to go back on 16th December for another one because they failed to remove everything. 4 days later after my d&c I started to bleed which I thought was my period but wasn't too sure because I thought it may of been too soon after the d&c. I done a pregnancy test last week and it was positive, if it was my period on 20th December I am now 5wks pregnant. I have had spotting since last week and have done nothing but worry, the epu have said they can't really doing anything as its too early but too wait another couple of wks and then they will scan me, I too done pregnancy tests inbetween which was neg so I think I am definatly pregnant (very very happy like you).

Can you go and get your HCG levels checked to see? If your period was 16th Jan I dont think you could of ovulated and conceived with in that short time because it's only 1wk+5days and you wouldn't normally test for the pregnancy till another 4wks. May be it wasnt you period on the 16th? Did you have a d&c with your m/c in Dec or let nature take its course?

I hope it is the news you wish for and this one is a successfull pregancy.

hello, i didnt have a d&c as nature took its course and when i had the second scan it had all cleared!
I think i am going to wait a couple of weeks and then ring the epu as they said to so they can scan me about 6/7 weeks to check everything!
Fingers crossed everything ok and going well, only time will tell.

took another test today, the clear blue digital one and came back pregnant 1-2 weeks so i think i must of only just got pregnant.
So good news, will wait another couple of weeks and then do another to make sure!!
