When to resume sex after miscarriage?

I had a natural MC 9 days ago. The bleeding is much lighter now (dark brownish). I have follow up scan on Mon to check there are no 'retained products'. Was just wondering if anyone knew if you should avoid resuming sex until all bleeding has stopped? Am not thinking about TTC yet, just want to feel close to DH again and resume normal life.

I think anything you want/ can do to help you and make you happier is a good idea.

After mine I think we waited about 2 weeks before we had some gentle sex. Though I had stopped bleeding after about a week.

as far as I know there is no reason why you should avoid it.
if it's something you want to do then go for it

After my last m/c, we had sex again within the week. 6 weeks later, I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant! I now have an 11 month old.

I'd agree with bebe really. In times like this, I think you should do whatever you are ready to do and are happy with.
