Hello everyone,

I have moved from the August 2010 thread to here as have just taken another pregnancy test and it's negative.

I have been bleeding very lightly since Friday morning - no cramps (yet).

I had a scan on Saturday morning whic proved inconclusive and I am booked in tomo for another scan which I guess I won't be needing!

Feeling a bit numb as I would have expected more blood/pain TBH but there we go!

Has anyone else experienced a MC at this stage?
Can anyone tell me what sort of blood loss to expect?

I had one at 9 weeks and the blood loss was HUGE. Started light for a few days and then it was pouring out. (sorry, I don't want to sound insensitive, just wanted to be honest to you).

Poor you,I'm so sorry - I hope you feel better soon. x

I have experienced two at this stage and if you do go on to miscarry you will start passing clots and pregnancy tissue as well as much heavier bleeding. All may not be over yet though so try if you can to stay positive, but I am very sorry that you are experiencing this. Sadly I know all too well how it feels.

Thank you for the advice. I need to know really as we're meant to be going away next weekend for a concert and I think it might be best to cancel...

[Sits and waits for pouring out of blood!]

Right, the blood has increased now so have put on a pad.

Feel mild "contraction" type waves of pain which I assume is my body trying to push everything out.

I have also passed some very small clots.

I have spoken to the event organisers and they have agreed to cancel out tickets and refund us which was very kind. I don't think I will feel much like going TBH.

Thanks for the info Lunatic def not TMI - I'd prefer to be prepared!
