Missed miscarriage, now have been told to go back because of abnormalities in my pregnancy tissue

I am extremely worried and need any advice that anyone can give me really. I had my 12 week scan 5 weeks ago and was told that I had sadly lost my baby at 9 weeks old. I was completely devastated. I went for an ERPC a week later and it was succesful. However today I received a letter from the consultant saying they needed me to go in as there were minor abnormalities in the Pregnancy tissue removed during the Operation.Does anyone know what this could possibly be? I am completely in the dark and my appt is not until 29th September-I think I will go mad! Please any advice would be much appreciated.
