New Mumsnetter - 2 Chemical Pregnancies in last 3 months - will it be ok next time?

Hi
I'm new to mumsnetter but think it seems like a really friendly site.
Am feeling fed up tonight after what I assume have been 2 chemical pregnancies or early miscarriages.
I have had definite positive pregnancy tests on the date my period was due in both May in July and all the associated symptoms(am always v. regular) but only to have my 'period' come exactly a week later; both months with a subsequent negative test.
Do I need to go the doc's about this? Is it just 'one of those things'? Do you think I should keep on trying?
My first pregnancy 3 years ago was text book and have a very healthy 3 year old.
Thanks for any thoughts / experiences.

bumping for you. I would be interested too. I have had two chemical pregnancies (confirmed with blood tests) only to miscarry very quickly

Thanks - Went to doc's yesterday and she said she would just put it down to bad luck at the moment but will do blood tests if it keeps on happening.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will be third time lucky sometime in the future.
