Hi everyone, wondering if anyone has any experience of anovulation following a MMC? For context, I had a D&C on 8th Sept following a MMC at 9 weeks. I'm desperate to get pregnant again, but not convinced I'm ovulating. My pregnancy tests were negative by late Sept, I have had one period since in mid October, and I'm currently CD18. My LH tests have been 0.7 for the last 4 days, so much higher than my baseline but no peak yet. This is unusual for me as normally my LH tests are low, then surge one day, then drop back down to baseline (around 0.2/3.)
I know no one can diagnose what's happening, but just wondered if others could share their experiences post MC? Did it take several cycles to start ovulating again, or was it quick? Trying to hold on to some hope. Thank you x
