GRAPHIC PHOTOS ATTACHED. A few days ago I started getting brown discharge and now its turned into red blood. It is only when I wipe and nothing on the pad yet . I went to A and E and because I'm not bleeding into the pad they gave me a scan for Friday. I'm really worried. I'm 12 weeks and 3 days atm

I could t read and run. I’ve had 2 miscarriages, one at 12 weeks. The progression in your photos was exactly what I had, however I also started cramping really badly. Up until then, it could easily have been just a bleed. I had a friend who bled all the way through her very healthy pregnancy. All you can do is sit tight and try not to panic. If glthe bleeding gets heavier or you are in pain, make sure you get help. I so hope all will be okay- there’s every chance it will.

Have you had any scans at all yet? Brown blood is old so not really a concern. It could be a subchorionic haematoma? Any pain?

It sounds and looks juat like when my subchorionic haematoma started coming out. I only knew I had one as I had an early scan. If it has stopped bleeding bright red I would definitely take that as a positive sign. And also the lack of pain/cramps.
