Recovery time and when to try again after chemical?

Sorry I’ve just posted but my hormones and mind is just all over the place. I’ve not been through this before. How long did it take for you to recover after a chemical? Is there anything you did/were there any complications/is it just like a very heavy period? My periods are very heavy anyway so dreading what’s to come.

And how long after did you start trying again? Thank you.

Usually a chemical is just like a heavy period, potentially with some extra cramping.

It's more a mental game, maybe give yourself a bit of extra care then you usually would allow during your period.

No recovery time is necessary you can try again the very next cycle if you're ready.

You can try immediately.

Thanks both - really heavy today and I cannot stop crying. Feel so weak and headachey. On bloody holiday and saw a doctor yesterday so expect I just need to ride it out…
