Advice after three miscarriages while waiting for NHS referral

Hiya, anyone have advise on what to do after 3rd miscarriage? Did you go private whilst waiting for waiting for NHS referral? Did you try inbetween waiting? Did you try after or before your period started? This is to try for our first baby. I think it’s a progesterone deficiency issue as my luteal phase is about 9-10 days. I’ve just had my 3rd miscarriage in a row at 5 weeks and feel lost 😞. Tried baby aspirin the last cycle but still lost it. I’ve had some tests on nhs to check for celiac, thyroid, diabetes and lupus (all normal).

Sending hugs! Its a hard place to be in.
Mine was between my two living children, but we carried on trying after our referral went in. It was up to a 52 week wait as it was just after covid. We stayed NHS and I think I got in just under the 6 months mark maybe 5 months. Luckily I live near a Tommy's miscarriage clinic so got under them.
Alot will depended on how you could handle another loss if it happened. If you don't feel like you could, then don't keep trying. I overhauled what vitamins I was taking - I was recommended some from a family member who struggle with infertility. And changed my diet. I just wanted to feel like I was trying to do something in the lead up to getting an appointment x
