Endometriosis And Chemical Pregnancies

Hi all, I was told I have suspected endometriosis two years ago and me and my partner have unsuccessfully been trying to conceive for the past two years. I’m due to have my first laparoscopy sometime soon and I’m praying it’ll improve my fertility.

I’ve experienced chemical pregnancies and I’ve tried to look at it in a positive way…at least I know the sperm is meeting my egg and managing to fertilise it, it’s just when it comes to implantation my body is unable to do so. Endometriosis can make the reproductive system a toxic environment which explains why my egg is unable to implant, it’s really disheartening knowing I’m so close to conceiving if only my egg would implant 😔.

Does having laparoscopy for endometriosis really help clean the environment and make it easier for the egg to implant? It seems my issue revolves around the implantation stage rather then my egg getting fertilised and I’m trying to remain positive and tell myself that the surgery will get rid of anything toxic and then I’ll have a successful implantation.

Really need a bit of support and positivity right now as deep down I’m feeling like an emotional wreck.
