Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’m currently going through a natural miscarriage at 38 years old (7 weeks). It has been a very sad and emotionally draining few days.
so I'm feeling a bit isolated and anxious abofind myself falling into a rabbit hole of negative thoughts and internet statistics, and I really need to protect my energy and gain some peace of mind.
I would be so, so grateful if you could share your positive, beautiful success stories of healthy pregnancies and babies after a loss, especially if you were around my age. I truly need some light and hope right now to help me get through this and remember that my body is strong and capable.
Thank you so much in advance for sharing your light with me.

So sorry for your loss. It’s so so hard.

We now have three gorgeous healthy children after several miscarriages.

Keep on keeping on, be kind to yourself and each other. Hope it happens very soon for you 💐

Your story is pretty much my story. I was 37 when my missed miscarriage was found at the 12 week scan in the June, the pregnancy stopped developing around 6-7 weeks. I got pregnant again a few months later and the early days were anxious, I had an early scan just to be sure things were progressing and the rest of the pregnancy went well, and I had my daughter when I was 38. I'm currently sat on her bedroom floor waiting for her to fall asleep (she's 5 now). Sending you all the hope and light x

I had a successful pregnancy after 1 missed miscarriage at 11w3d and then 2 early miscarriages. It was a horrible, fearful time being pregnant again but she made it to 34 weeks and was born healthy, if a little early. She is a healthy, intelligent, feisty 8 year old now and loving life. I was 40 when she was born.

I cant provide a positive story yet, but couldn't read and not say that I am so terribly sorry. It is so heartbreaking. I have been there and it is truly awful. I have had 2 and feel very scared but there is lots of hope. I hope we will both have positive stories of our own x sending you a big hug and just know you are not alone, and as much as I hated hearing it, it is true, having a miscarraige is so so common, much more than we even know of, so there is lots of hope.

I was younger than you, but my success story has just come galumphing down the stairs in search of food. He's home from uni for the summer. Fingers crossed for you, OP.
