could this be a miscarriage after weeks of light bleeding?

could this be a miscarrage, ive had pregnancy symptoms for a few months and have been lightly bleeding for 2 weeks when i shouldnt be. i was too scared to do a pregnancy test as i am quite young. i had really severe cramps and passed this blood clot but im not sure if its a miscarriage.

It could be a decidual cast.
without doing a pregnancy test and having a positive, it’s hard to say. I’ve had miscarriages and decidual cast and, depending on gestation, it can all look pretty similar tissue/bleeding wise.
How long is ‘a few months’? When did you last have unprotected sex? The gestational sac is really a lot smaller than you think it would be tbh for the first few months.

since end of February ive had symptoms. on sunday i had that clot and went to the hospital and they all said it looked kind of fetal like. ive been having unprotected sex since january but have been on the pill although i have been late a couple times.
