Pregnant after 3 missed miscarriages- advice please!

I’m pregnant again after three missed miscarriages and feeling understandably anxious.

All three previous pregnancies had a strong heartbeat but stopped developing around 6w2d.

I have a subseptate uterus.

I’ve tested as borderline for sticky blood – my first test was slightly over the threshold, but the repeat test came back slightly under.

I also have elevated TPO antibodies (300+, with normal range <34), so autoimmune thyroid antibodies attacking my thyroid, although my thyroid function itself is currently normal.

I’ve previously used progesterone in past pregnancies but sadly with no success.

All previous pregnancies were sent for cytogenetic testing and results came back normal.

I’m waiting to speak to the fertility clinic about next steps, but in the meantime I’d really appreciate any advice from others who’ve been in a similar position.

How did you advocate for yourself?
Were there specific tests or treatments you pushed for?
Is there anything you did personally that you felt helped support your pregnancy?

I’m trying to balance being proactive without completely spiralling. Any experiences or advice very welcome

I had a lot of early miscarriages before I had my first. I was about to have tests when I got pregnant again. I put myself on low dose aspirin. She’s 12 now and sat next to me on the sofa hogging the remote. Not sure what my issues were or if the aspirin made the difference but it didn’t do any harm either

How long did you take asprin for? I am considering this but also worried about any fatal consequences this might have during labour

aspirin, clexane, progesterone and steroids got me my rainbow after four consecutive missed miscarriages

I took it right the way up to 38 weeks. Was told it was fine by midwives. I also took it in my second pregnancy with no issues. I was consultant led for that one as I’d had a fast delivery with my first and they also said it was fine to take. Obviously this is just my experience.
