Hello,
im just wondering whether anyone can help me with this, after so many mc's i now have a positive and a good fat blue one which i dont normally get (usually alot fainter). Im only just pregnant (4.1weeks)However when i go to the toilet i have have creamy/yellowy very small amounts of discharge, is this normal, could it be the plug going in to place, do you who have babies never have any discharge?
Many thanks
sueXXX.

Thanks wbnqc,
the last three times preg (biochemicals) i have got a positive when i do the four day early tests but on the actually day period is due the line becomes fainter then a few hours later Af arrives so you see although im only one day past the period due date it really is a miracle to have got this far!!!
Thanks again

Remember that it is predicted that as many as 50% of cycles for sexually active women are technically chemical pregnancies. It's only early testing that picks them up, otherwise your period would come when it's due or you'd just assume you were a couple of days late and you'd never think of yourself as pg. They're common, normal and no indication of fertility on their own.

Good luck with your pregnancy. I really do hope it works out for you.

Oh and the discharge is normal!

good luck sue, just hang on in there and try not to think negatively (v difficult, I know). It sounds normal thus far.

Thanks for you reply SOH,
i guess after ttc for so long now and having several mc's (albeit 3 of them chemical) and a mmc at 9weeks even if i did not do the early tests i know when i am pregnant, after so many times i certainly know the changes going on inside even when they are chemical pregnacies so they still matter to me. I guess those who are not ttc would probably think they were just a couple of days late but i suppose when ya desperately waiting each month you analyse every feeling and begin to know ya body very well.
Thanks again and am glad the discharge is normal.

sue10 I've been there, oh God have I been there. The 2 week wait is torture. I knew and know my cycle back to front, knew I was pg from 8dpo each time. It took me a loooong time of trying, 2 mcs and a troublesome 1st trimester (threatened mc) to get dd. I know those chem pgs matter, didn't mean to imply for a second that they shouldn't, just trying to give you a positive spin on a hideous, disappointing thing that may help you be a bit hopeful as this pregnancy continues.

The absolute best of luck to you.

Hi soh,
god it must be my hormones already, just re-read my previous post, did'nt mean it to sound snappy (so sorry). It's nice to read that you now have a dd, it gives others like me hope! I really do appreciate you replies.
Thank you.

Oh I didn't think you sounded snappy at all. I promise I wasn't the least bit offended, just wanted you to know I understood how you feel right now. I won't tell you how many pg tests I did in the first trimester with dd because of the anxiety!

Nobody tells you that getting and staying pg is so hard. During sex ed at school they gave the impression that rubbing up against a boy in the corridor without adequate protection would result in an unplanned pregnancy. If only hey?

I'll keep an eye out for you on MN to see how it's going.

xx

I am fine, thank you.
I had 2 m/c before having dd2, and that was bad enough. It came right for us, and hopefully will for you too in the end.
