Hydrosalpinx and Pregnancy Success

I've had 2 previous early miscarriage in the part 2.5 years of ttc.

I have PCOS, a bicornuate uterus and found out I have hydrosalphix in my right tube. After a HSG xray I was also told they though my left tube was block. All obviously difficult to take in. I've been on the list for the last few months for a laproscopy to see what the situation is and likely remove the right tube.

I've just had a phone consultation appointment come through for the end of November, but ironically I've had a few positive pregnancy tests over the past few days. Period was due today.

Obviously I'm happy, but also expecting it to go the same way as before and end in miscarriage, given my long list of issues.

Has anyone had a successful pregnancy with hydrosalpinx in one tube?

Thanks.

I didn’t want to read and run. I haven’t managed to have a full term pregnancy with my hydrosalpinx but you can have them removed (I couldn’t due to heavy scar tissue around my internal bits 😩). You would need to have IVF but I believe the chances of a full term pregnancy is good once the hydrosalpinx have gone.
