Am I having my first period after my miscarriage?

I had a medical miscarriage on the 21st June. I was bleeding and spotting for about a week. 2 weeks ago, I went to the hospital for a scan to see if the miscarriage was complete. They said my uterus was empty.

I took a pregnancy test two weeks after and I got a negative.

A few days ago I started bleeding again. So I thought it’s my period. But it’s much lighter than my normal period. The bleeding comes and goes. Is this normal? is this my period for sure? Or is it something else? I’m so confused.

hey sorry just saw this! So this was just light bleeding - it lasted for two weeks. I had my first proper period in September, and now my second proper period after my miscarriage in June.
