I had a missed miscarriage in April. I had medical management on the 5th of April. My first period returned on the 16th of May which lasted for 5 days.
i've got my positive ovulation test today.
My question is did anyone get pregnant after their first period returned past miscarriage or did it take longer to get pregnant? How long did it take?
