Hi I’m so sorry for all my posts. Has anyone had 2 miscarriages then gone onto a healthy pregnancy? We feel in that horrible stage where we feel like we are trying again purely to meet the threshold of 3 miscarriages to have a referral to recurrent miscarriage service.
could the 2 just be bad luck and we could go onto have a healthy pregnancy.
we have a 2.5 year old x

Yes, 2 early mc, then I was diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder.

Then had dc1 (on blood thinners throughout pregnancy). Later another mmc (hadn't known I was pregnant so wasn't on meds), before dc2 (also on meds).

My sil had 2 mc then 2 healthy babies, so also can obviously happen where there are no issues. Good luck!

Im really hoping so because we have 2 teens aged 17 and 14 and in the last 10 months we bave lost two beautiful babies both missed misscarrages pip was march and we were meant to be 8 weeks but was only measuring 6 and bean was oct was meant to be 8 weeks 3 days and we were measuring 5 weeks 6 days babies heart had stopped, were so lost, angry and scared to try again incase xxx

I am so sorry. It is truly the worst time. I had the two miscarriages as said in this post. I waited a month for my cycle to return and I am now 22 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. I think I must’ve had bad luck with the two and hopefully everything will be ok this time. Don’t lose hope xx it feels rotten and the worst but it can happen. I took Ubiquinol, vitamin D and omega 3 this time round x

@DCmum95 I've just come across your post after experiencing a MMC with my first pregnancy and can't tell you how happy it made me to see your update 🥰 wishing you so much more luck for the future! Xx

Im so sorry for your losses OP, I once was in the same situation as you and it truly is the most heartbreaking experience.

I had 3 miscarriages including one late miscarriage and got a referral to the recurrent miscarriage clinic, but just before my appointment I found out I was pregnant again, and fourth time lucky, I birthed a beautiful baby girl, I am now sat here feeding my beautiful baby boy too!

please don’t give up hope! You might have to experience further loss which is horrible, but it’ll bring you one step closer to your earthside baby.

also, I started to research following my third miscarriage and found out I have the MTHFR gene mutation which can cause recurrent miscarriage. For me, folic acid is actually harmful and could’ve been causing my miscarriage.

instead I took methyl folate, COQ10, and low dose aspirin for my successful pregnancies.

if you want to talk further I am more than happy to chat🩷🩷
