How long for period to return after surgical management of miscarriage?

can I ask how long it took people to get their period back after surgical management of miscarriage?
this is my second miscarriage/surgery and my first came back exactly a month later but no sign of my period returning now after 5 weeks of this one

I had a D&C in the October. DS2 born the following November. I definitely had periods by Christmas.

I had a period exactly 28 days after the d&c

5-6 weeks each time for me (4 MMCs between 8-11 weeks, all surgically managed)

It was about 6 weeks fir me.

This is helpful to know thank you, I have been panicking that it is almost 5 weeks now but I know it is normal. Did you get any testing done / go on to have a successful pregnancy? Apologies if I am prying you don’t have to answer, just feel now that my only way is to have tests and diagnoses etc and the likelihood of a natural pregnancy without intervention of some kind is not going to happen x

Yep I had all the recurrent miscarriage tests, everything was normal. After my third loss I had karotyping done which showed I have not one but 2 different chromosome abnormalities. Even more frustratingly the third and forth losses (both of which were tested) were not due to my diagnosed issues but were different, spontaneous chromosome issues 😔

I had a D&C for an MMC in March and my period took almost 6 weeks to come back. I had no signs it was coming either… to the point I was wondering if it was ever coming back and then it just came out of nowhere!
