Can someone decipher my ultrasound please?

Good evening,
I had a missed miscarriage a while ago and it still haunts me. I can’t seem to get over the loss, despite two gorgeous happy children. Trying to move on but many unanswered questions and inevitable guilt.
Been looking at my only ultrasound image of ‘nugget’ and realise I don’t actually know what I’m looking at.
Can anyone with knowledge of reading ultrasound images please help? Can you tell from this image which end is baby’s head? Not sure why it matters but for some reason it does.

@DevonEma Not an ultrasound expert but from the pictures I think on the left one your baby's head is the too part of the baby and the second picture shows the baby on his or her side with their head to the left. That's what I see but I could be wrong,
