3.5 weeks after late missed miscarriage: aching and tired

Struggling to find much info on what's normal and what's not in this situation. Most of the hospital info is about the first few weeks but I'm beyond that now.

I found out at 20.5 weeks there was no heartbeat and was induced and delivery 2 days later. Passed baby and placenta. Baby had died at least a week before delivery. 3.5 weeks later and for the past few days I've been exhausted and am generally achy in the lower abdomen. Brown discharge finally stopped a few days ago and this started.

Is this normal? It's probably just my body gearing up for ovulation or a period or something? Uterus contracting back to normal is probably source of aching?

Most of the info out there is only about the first week or two post miscarriage and about earlier miscarriages... Kinda feel likely that if I go to doctor they'll just tell me it's normal and to rest. And should I go to my GP or try and get back into maternity hospital despite being nearly a month post miscarriage?

Took yesterday off work and just lay around doing very little and feel a bit better today. It's all very odd as I felt better last week when I still had discharge.

I presume my body is gearing up for ovulation or menstruation so I'll just roll with it for now while trying to take it as easy as possible.
So my advice to others who may find themselves in this situation is to rest and take sick days wherever possible when you need them.

I domt have any advice sorry as I miscarried around 10/11ish weeks pregnant in December. I'm 7 weeks past and no period just light pink/brown spotting. I just wanted to send some love as i just couldn't imagine being any further along. What I went through was bad enough nevermind anything else. Sending my love ❤️
