Bloating after chemical pregnancy loss

Hello

I had what I believe to have been a chemical pregnancy loss 4 ish weeks ago. I started to bleed and have clots during the process, I probably bled for about 6 days. I think I would have been around 4.5 weeks pregnant. This is my third consecutive loss after a previous miscarriage at 6 weeks and also an ectopic.
I had confirmed ovulation 6 days ago.
However ever since I started to bleed I have had bloating. It just won't go down. I look as if I am pregnant! I am hoping that once my period comes then the bloating will subside. At one point I thought, have I put on weight? I don't think so?!
Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to reduce this? Or is it a waiting game.

Thank you in advance.
